I met these guys at RTAG and was lucky enough to win a shirt from them. I need long sleeve shirts, so this was a great time to give them a try. Historically, I've only worn ACA shirts, and mainly because I was able to try them on in person to get the best fit.
I wasn't sure on sizing with these shirts, so I emailed customer service with my measurements (height/weight/shoulders/neck/waist/sleeve length) for sizing suggestions. Their recommendation was almost spot on - just a little large in the neck but perfect everywhere else. (FWIW, I'm 6'2", 195#, with a 16.5" neck, 34" waist, 34" sleeve, and normally wear a 46L jacket. Customer service recommended an Athletic Large shirt.)
The shirt feels great. I love the fabric and the stretch. I washed it when it came in and hung it to dry. There were still fold creases in the shirt but they came right out with a low temp steam iron. I wore it for all four days of my trip and it didn't get funky - at least that I could tell (and no one else mentioned it either). I only did a touch-up press once during that time and the shirt kept it's smooth look and the creases I'd put in the sleeves. These shirts feel great, a lot like my favorite synthetic golf shirts but with maybe a little more stretch. I also wear shirt stays with my uniform, and the tabs stayed clipped to the shirt tails. The shirt stays help keep the shirt tucked in and looking smooth. I don't know how they'd do without shirt stays but I imagine it would be much the same.
