Wholesale questions
Who can open a wholesale account?
Flight schools, universities, airlines, charter operators, FBOs, pilot shops and uniform distributors. We review every application and reply by email, usually within 2 business days.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, $300 per order. Most partners order several times a year as new classes start and crews grow, so each order only needs to cover what you need right now.
What are the payment terms?
Net 30. We email an invoice you can pay by card or bank transfer, and PDF invoices are available for your AP team.
How do I order a size run for a class or crew?
Once your account is open, open any product and use the size grid to enter quantities for every size at once. Not sure on sizes? Check the size guide first.
How fast do orders ship?
In-stock orders usually ship within 5 business days from our warehouse in the Salt Lake City area. Pre-order items show their ship date on the product page.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is added to your invoice. You can also ship on your own UPS or FedEx account; add your account number in the order notes.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, unless your organization is tax-exempt or buying for resale. Email your certificate to [email protected] and we will add it to your account before your first order.
